: B2B Customer Executive (3-Month Contract ? Permanent on performance)

About the role:
We're seeking a proactive B2B Customer Executive to onboard B2B educational Universities and showcasing the service provided by company and onboard customers, drive university onboards enrollments, and grow our platform presence. This is a 3-month contract with clear performance targets; successful onboard with given target will be offered with permanent or senior roles.
Compensation:
Note:
(After successfull completion of work the compensation provided)
?25,000 after successful completion of Month 1;
?30,000 for Month 2;
?30,000 for Month 3.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach university colleges and Training & Placement Coordinators (TPOs) in assigned territory.
Able to Travel to customer location for onboarding customer
Schedule and run onboarding meetings/demos for TPOs and student groups.
Convert B2B partnerships leads into verified enrollments on our platform.
Hit weekly and monthly enrollment targets; follow up with leads and escalate issues.
Collect feedback from customers and share market intelligence to improve outreach.
Represent the company professionally on for b2b events, webinars, and drives.
Requirements:
Education: No formal degree required. Freshers are welcome (internship experience preferred).
Experience (for experienced hires): Minimum 1 year proven experience in lead generation, campus sales, or B2B college partnerships -- must provide proof (references, campaign metrics, or work samples).
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication; comfortable meeting B2B universities; strong negotiation & persuasion; basic CRM or Google Sheets proficiency; ability to travel to campuses; good time-management and reporting discipline.
Attitude: Target-driven, persistent, professional, and comfortable with field work.
Devices: Smartphone + internet access; laptop preferred.
