Role Overview
The role focuses on building B2B partnerships in the CSR and sustainability ecosystem. The incumbent will proactively engage with corporates, CSR leaders, ESG teams, and decision-makers through structured outreach, including calling, mails and LinkedIn, to position CSR solutions and initiate impact-led collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective corporate partners for CSR and sustainability initiatives through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Initiate conversations with CSR, ESG, and sustainability teams to present organisational offerings and explore alignment.
Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate leads and support follow-ups and proposal discussions.
Support partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Participate in and organise CSR events, roundtables, and conferences to drive outreach and engagement.
Required Skills and Competencies
Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and first-touch outreach.
Strong B2B communication, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Basic knowledge of CSR, ESG, and sustainability practices.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility.
Results-driven with awareness of social impact.
Preferred Background
Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or outreach roles (CSR, ESG, consulting, or development sector preferred).
Prior experience in calling or outbound business development.
Familiarity with CSR compliance and corporate sustainability is an advantage.
