We are currently recruiting for 'The Qwerty Incubator', a groundbreaking new division of ourcompany. The Inkcubator will be run by a self-sufficient team of front and back end executivesthat manage the life cycle of brands created within that division along with other incubatedbrands.
Role Overview:
The Qwerty Sales Representative will drive sales growth, establish and nurture businessrelationships, and achieve sales targets, as set per brand per month. The ideal candidate willpossess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2Bsales.You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, create and manage the sales pipelineefficiently, and contribute to our overall business objectives.
You will be working closely withExecutive directors from the company and will be responsible for maintaining internalprofessional communications for the department along with KRAs. You are expected to be in theoffice (and conduct meetings from there) Monday to Saturday from 10am - 7pm unless there isa location specific client meeting.
Key Responsibilities:
? Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding the assigned number ofproducts sold.
? Create and Manage the sales pipeline by ensuring the CRM setup is completed promptlyand keeping records updated.
? Generate a significant number of qualified leads each month to build a robust salesfunnel.
? Attend and actively participate in industry events to represent the company and createnew business opportunities.
? Refine sales pitches based on feedback from client meetings to improve effectivenessand success rates.
? Track progress toward sales goals to maintain hygiene on the pipeline .
? Acquire Clients/partners by negotiating and finalizing agreements with potential partners.
? Aim to increase the average value of deals closed by implementing effective salesstrategies.
? Find, shortlist and conduct relevant events for each brand.
? Onboarding F&B places for pop up events.
? Recruiting, onboarding and training individuals for Qwerty's promoter partnership &affiliate program.
? Creating and implementing all back end processes to ensure smooth functioning acrossbrands.
Requirements:
? Proven B2B Sales & Corporate Sales experience.
? Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, relationship management.
? Experience in achieving KPI/ KRA.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.
? Proven Track record for Client & Partner Acquisition.
