Identify and develop new customers across infrastructure, industrial, and EPC sectors.
Generate enquiries for Siemens Low Voltage Switchgear, Electrical Panels, and Automation solutions.
Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, and project managers for both tendered and private projects.
Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial quotations with the Inside Sales team.
Follow up with clients for order finalization, dispatch planning, and payment collection.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets (target-based field role).
Maintain all sales activities, enquiries, quotations, and orders in Odoo ERP/CRM.
Develop local dealer/distributor networks in important industrial clusters (Ranchi, Ramgarh, Bokaro).
Collect competitor and market intelligence such as pricing, material preferences, and project pipelines.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Coordinate with the Dispatch team for order execution and delivery for Ranchi & Jamshedpur zones.
Maintain an accurate and updated client database (contractors, EPC firms, consultants).
Skills Required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Minimum qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
2-6 years of experience in B2B or project sales of electrical/industrial products (switchgear, panels, automation).
Strong product knowledge of MCB/MCCB/ACB, contactors, relays, APFC panels, and control systems.
Proactive, field-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
Must know local market geography; owning a two-wheeler with DL is preferred.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
