KOEL is building a CX Data Lake that integrates IoT-enabled genset data, CRM insights, dealer performance metrics, service history, plant quality data, and product health indicators to create a single, connected view of the customer. To enable a truly data-driven and proactive customer experience, KOEL is hiring five Data Scientists / Data Analysts to form the Customer Experience Analytics & Intelligence Team. This team will drive predictive analytics, failure forecasting, customer sentiment insights, and real-time dashboards, enabling informed decisions and proactive actions across the complete value chain: Pre-Sales Sales Service Plant Quality* Product Quality
