Project Lifecycle Oversight:

Lead SCM project management activities, ensuring all supply chain milestones are met from initial design to mass production.

DFM & Full Kit Monitoring:

Track the transition from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to procurement. Monitor "Full Kit" status to ensure 100% part availability before production starts.

Actionable Reporting:

Create and maintain data-driven reports for the Sourcing team to highlight procurement gaps, lead-time risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

Cross-Functional Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact between the

Project Management Office (PMO)

,

Engineering

, and

Sourcing

teams to align technical specs with supplier capabilities.

Risk Mitigation:

Proactively identify potential supply chain bottlenecks or project delays. Develop and execute robust mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule. *

Development Data Management:

Maintain high integrity of supply chain data (BOMs, lead times, vendor info) within our management systems to ensure a "single source of truth."
