This role will serve as the Chief of Staff to the CX and QA Leader, focusing on driving organizational efficiency, strategic execution, and program management across both the Customer Experience and Quality Assurance functions. This person is critical for translating the Leader's vision into actionable programs and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution. The primary purpose of this role is to support the CX and QA Leader by managing the operational cadence, driving key strategic initiatives, and ensuring the Quality Assurance and CX programs are meticulously tracked, communicated, and delivered. This individual acts as the central nervous system for the CX and QA organization, enabling the Leader to focus on strategic direction and external engagement. Strategic Initiative Driver: Act as the primary owner for driving and tracking the CX and QA Leader's critical initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional dependency management. Operational Cadence Management: Manage the organization's operating rhythm, including setting agendas, coordinating content, and facilitating key meetings (e.g., staff meetings, QBRs, planning sessions). Communication & Reporting: Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports for the CX and QA Leader, specifically for executive reviews, board meetings, and organizational updates. Organizational Health: Monitor organizational capacity, resource allocation, and budget tracking for the CX and QA departments, flagging potential risks to the Leader. * Decision Facilitation: Ensure that key decisions are clearly documented, communicated, and followed up on across the teams.
