Purpose of the job is to play key role related to Castings parts to


1) Active participation to finalize group strategy inline with sourcing strategies


2) Development and establishment of right process of casting during development


3) Build Future ready suppliers by Process analysis and optimization: Analyse data to identify inefficiencies


4) Supplier base upgradation in terms of capacity optimisation, training, etc.


5) Data management and analysis: Manage and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform decision-making


6) Cost reduction and efficiency: Focus on reducing operational costs and waste by increasing productivity and optimizing the use of resources


7) Project and risk management: Manage projects focused on process improvement and collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
