We?re on the hunt for a Copy Writer to join our team of thinkers and creators. This role is tailored for a seasoned B2B copy expert who has experience handling AI-based Platforms, Products, SaaS, IT, and Manufacturing Tech clients. As a Senior Copy Writer, you?ll be responsible for developing copy strategies that align with our client?s business goals while leading a team to deliver compelling, results-driven copy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:



Develop and execute B2B campaign strategies, crafting taglines and copy for key visuals. Drive creative innovation by staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Lead the creation of pitches and pitch decks.

Copy Development:



Craft compelling, high-quality copy, including ad campaigns (static & video) and social media. Develop thought-leadership videos aligned with client business goals and target audience needs.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:



Guide and mentor junior copywriters to produce impactful, on-brand copy. Collaborate with account managers, designers, and digital marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Client Management:



Serve as the point of contact for all creative-related client communication. Ensure tone of voice, messaging, and creative strategy align with client expectations.

Performance Metrics & Optimization:



Analyze creative performance and campaign reports to optimize strategies for better outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:



5+ years in B2B copywriting, ideally with an agency background. Proven experience working on brand and/or product campaigns targeting global audiences. Experience in pitching and building pitch decks. Experience writing for brand films, product videos, explainers, animated content, and AI-based videos.

Skills:



Exceptional storytelling and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to write persuasive, technical, and marketing-driven copy across formats. Skilled at simplifying complex technical information for varied audiences.

Soft Skills:



Strong client-handling and communication skills. Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Familiarity with emerging tech trends. Experience developing brand tone of voice for tech-driven businesses. Smart usage of AI. Strong original thinking and ability to ?sell? creative work.
