The B2B Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, training centers, and corporate clients. This role focuses on promoting education and learning solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of B2B initiatives. The position requires excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills to drive business growth in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and build relationships with potential B2B clients such as schools, universities, edtech firms, and corporates.
Support the sales team in pitching education and training programs to institutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements for B2B clients.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
Coordinate with academic, operations, and content teams to deliver learning solutions as per client needs.
Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular updates to clients.
Operations & Execution
Schedule and manage training sessions, workshops, and educational programs.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and project details.
Ensure smooth execution of B2B programs, addressing issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction levels.
Prepare reports on B2B initiatives, revenue performance, and partnership growth.
Provide insights to improve offerings and enhance client engagement.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
Coordinate events, webinars, and exhibitions to showcase products and services.
Gather client feedback and share with the product/learning team for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in B2B coordination, client servicing, or education sector roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the education and training industry will be an added advantage.
