Roles and Responsibilities



Assist in Content Creation:

Help create high-quality B2B content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and case studies targeted at business users and decision-makers.

SEO Support:

Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and structuring content to enhance organic visibility.

Paid Campaign Support:

Help manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with clear objectives around lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

Brand Voice & Consistency:

Ensure that the brand's voice and identity remain consistent across various content pieces and digital channels.

Social Media Assistance:

Support in managing LinkedIn and other social channels, ensuring posts are aligned with the brand's business goals.

Content Calendar Assistance:

Help maintain the social media content calendar and ensure timely production of engaging posts.

Collaboration:

Work alongside business, design, research, and product teams to gather insights for content creation.

Competitor & Market Research:

Assist in gathering competitor data and market insights to identify content opportunities.

Repurpose Content:

Help transform long-form content into microblogs, carousels, and infographics for social media.

Content Performance Monitoring:

Assist in tracking and analyzing content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

Stay Updated:

Stay current on SEO best practices, B2B content trends, and digital marketing innovations.

Paid Campaign Assistance:

Support in planning and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor Metrics:

Help track key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL, and suggest improvements based on performance data.

Content Experimentation:

Assist in A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to improve performance.

Assist in Community Engagement:

Support in growing the brand's online community by engaging in conversations and campaigns.

Reporting:

Assist in creating reports to analyze campaign performance and recommend actionable insights.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure content aligns with the overall brand message and voice across all touchpoints.

Content Asset Creation:

Help create conversion-optimized content like emailers, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.

General Marketing Support:

Assist with PR, events, partnerships, and community initiatives as needed.

Must-HavesUp to 1 Year of Experience

in content creation, SEO, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B industries like SaaS, fintech, or consulting.

Basic SEO Understanding:

Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.

Basic Paid Media Knowledge:

Some hands-on experience or willingness to learn how to run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong Writing Skills:

Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for B2B audiences.

Self-Motivated & Organized:

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet deadlines.

Willingness to Learn:

Eagerness to grow and take ownership of tasks with guidance and feedback.

Good-to-Haves (Bonus Points)Exposure to Brand Marketing:

Any experience working with brand positioning, voice, or rebranding initiatives.

Familiarity with Analytics Tools:

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Basic Video Content Skills:

Any exposure to creating or assisting in video content production is a plus.

CRM and Email Marketing Tools:

Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.

Non-Negotiables:



Minimum 0-1 Year of Experience

in content creation and digital marketing in a B2B context.

Basic Understanding of Business Functions:

Ability to understand and communicate in a business environment.

Comfortable Working on Multiple Projects:

Ability to juggle different tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure quality content delivery.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
