Role Overview



We are looking for a

B2B Video Editor & Content Distribution Specialist

who can take strategic business insights and turn them into

clear, professional, executive-level content

-- primarily for LinkedIn.

This is

not

a creator or influencer role.

You will work with recorded videos and written ideas and convert them into short-form video clips and posts that speak directly to

manufacturing leaders, operations teams, and multi-location business owners

.

Required Experience



2-5 years

of experience editing video and/or distributing content for: B2B companies Consulting firms SaaS or professional services
You do

not

need agency experience, but you must understand professional audiences.

Key Responsibilities



Video Editing Edit talking-head videos into short, clean, professional clips Add

accurate captions

(clarity > flashy style) Maintain a calm, authoritative editing approach Ensure videos feel credible to executive audiences

Content Repurposing & Distribution



Turn one core idea into multiple assets: Short videos LinkedIn posts Simple quote graphics or carousels Maintain consistency across all posts

Audience-Focused Messaging



Adapt captions and headlines for

manufacturing and multi-location B2B audiences

Remove marketing fluff and unnecessary buzzwords Prioritize clarity, relevance, and business impact

Process & Execution



Follow structured workflows and deadlines Deliver content consistently each week Apply feedback accurately and quickly

What This Role Is NOT



Not influencer marketing Not trend-based Reels or TikToks Not meme creation Not creative experimentation without direction

Required Skills



Strong English comprehension and writing ability Experience editing for

LinkedIn or professional platforms

Ability to follow brand guidelines closely Attention to detail (captions, tone, accuracy)

Nice to Have



Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise clients Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy for B2B Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form assets

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With



Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent) Canva or similar design tools Google Docs and task management tools

Work Structure



Remote role

Part-time (20 hours/week) to start
