Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in B2B technical sales
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong business relationships with
architects, consultants, builders, PMC firms
, and
corporate project managers
.
Pitch Magneto's air purification and HVAC solutions for
commercial offices, retail spaces, hotels, and real estate developers
.
Drive product specifications and get Magneto included in tender and BOQ discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and proposal submission.
Conduct technical demos, site visits, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain project pipeline and CRM records regularly.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of B2B consultative selling.
Technical knowledge of HVAC/air purification is a plus.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Existing network in the commercial building ecosystem is preferred.
