Hiring for a leading MNC into Events & Exhibition Industry:

Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager

Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Planning & Execution



Develop data-driven marketing strategies and budgets to achieve lead generation and MQL revenue targets. Build and execute Brand-to-Demand, ABM, and sector-focused marketing plans aligned with commercial and event goals. Use KPIs (CPL, MQL, ROI) to track, analyse, and optimise performance. Integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

2. Campaign Management



Identify target segments and run multi-channel campaigns across the full buyer journey. Create compelling content, value propositions, and marketing materials for exhibitors and sponsors. Support lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion across inbound/outbound channels.

3. Stakeholder Engagement



Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Telemarketing, and Event Marketing teams for alignment and lead management. Build strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners. Work with external agencies where required.

4. Market Research & Insights



Conduct competitor and audience analysis to identify trends and improve ROI.

5. Budget & Performance Management



Manage and optimise marketing budgets. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.

6. Digital & Data-Driven Marketing



Lead SEO, PPC, email, and social media initiatives. Produce weekly MQL reports and apply insights for campaign optimisation. Use Salesforce CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) for tracking and reporting. Implement automated lead nurturing and scoring programs.

Required Skills & Experience



4-6 years of B2B commercial marketing experience. Proficient in Salesforce and marketing analytics. Strong financial and business acumen with focus on ROI. Skilled in AI-driven forecasting and performance analysis. Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualisation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills. Ability to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
