Position: B2B Channel Sales Executive - Interactive Smartboards

Who We Are Looking For

A driven and relationship-focused B2B sales professional who understands channel sales, partner management, and solution selling. Someone who can identify the

right partners

, nurture them, drive consistent follow-ups, activate them, and help scale ADIG's footprint across all North Eastern states.

This role requires

? Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Identification & Acquisition

Identify, qualify, and onboard partners in 3 categories: ₹

Category 1:

Stockists (minimum 10 units stock) ?

Category 2:

Non-stocking resellers with a sales team ?

Category 3:

System Integrators/Contractors Build a robust database of

500 channel partners

across NE India.
2. Partner Relationship Management

Maintain strong engagement with partners via calls, visits, demos, and follow-ups. Conduct regular product demos, training sessions, and joint customer visits. Ensure high partner satisfaction through proactive support and coordination.
3. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

Drive monthly sales through an active partner ecosystem (target:

50 partners buying 1 unit/month

). Push first orders, repeat orders, and upsell opportunities through focused follow-ups. Develop partner-specific sales plans and performance reports.
4. Territory Development

Develop and manage a structured sales plan for all NE states (Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim). Maintain territory-wise metrics: partner funnel, demo pipeline, forecast, and activity reports.
5. Reporting & CRM Discipline

Maintain complete CRM hygiene -- logs, pipeline, forecast accuracy, meeting notes. Submit weekly activity reports (calls, visits, demos, proposals, follow-ups, closures). Highlight competitor activities, new opportunities, and risks.
? What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience

2-6 years in B2B Channel Sales (IT/AV/Edtech/ICT preferred). Experience handling dealers, resellers, and system integrators in the North East is a major advantage. Strong understanding of educational institutions and project-based sales.
Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to plan territory coverage and manage multiple partners. Consistent follow-up discipline and high accountability. Comfort with travel (50-70% of the time). Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
Personality Fit

Self-driven, trustworthy, and committed to long-term relationships. Comfortable working with both structured processes and fast-paced environments. Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving.
