B2B & B2C Telesales Executive

Job Summary



We are looking for a confident and target-driven

B2B & B2C Telesales Executive

to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, close sales, and build strong relationships with both business and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to B2B clients (retailers, distributors, HORECA, corporate clients) Handle

B2C calls

with individual customers and walk-in inquiries Explain products, pricing, offers, and services clearly Generate leads and

close sales over the phone

Follow up with prospects and existing customers Maintain customer and call records in CRM / Excel Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams

Required Qualifications



12th Pass / Any Graduate

0-3 years of experience

in telesales / telecalling (B2B or B2C) Good communication skills in

Tamil & English

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Preferred Skills



Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset Ability to handle targets and pressure Time management and follow-up skills
