We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic B2B Operations Assistant Manager to support and manage logistics operations for our business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role involves coordinating day-to-day logistics activities, managing vendors, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of PTL (Part Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Operational Support:



Assist in the implementation and monitoring of B2B operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide operational support for logistics and delivery activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

2. Shipment Coordination (PTL/FTL):



Coordinate and monitor logistics operations for heavy pickups and deliveries across India. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments while minimizing delays.

3. Appointment-Based Deliveries:



Schedule and monitor appointment-based deliveries, ensuring timely delivery as per client requirements.

4. Vendor Coordination:



Liaise with local vendors to arrange vehicles for special deliveries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely service. Maintain professional relationships with vendors to ensure reliable support for operations.

5. Shipment Tracking:



Track shipments daily to ensure on-time delivery. Identify and escalate any delays or Turnaround Time (TAT) breaches to the appropriate teams for resolution.

6. Data Management and Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery status, and vendor activities. Use Excel and other tools to track and analyse logistics performance metrics.

7. Customer Service:



Support customer satisfaction by addressing any delivery-related queries or complaints promptly. Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their logistics requirements.

8. Cost and Time Management:



Ensure all operational activities are completed within budget and timelines. Identify and suggest ways to improve operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Basic understanding of B2B logistics operations, including PTL and FTL processes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools for tracking and reporting. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and LSPs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
