Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation module as per business requirements.
Assist in implementing new features, enhancements, and upgrades in SuccessFactors Compensation.
Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and data validation for Compensation cycles.
Support in preparing Compensation templates, guidelines, and reports within SuccessFactors.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Compensation module functionalities.
Prepare training materials and user documentation for HR and business teams.
Work closely with senior consultants and technical teams for integrations with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in Compensation module.
Understanding of Compensation processes (merit, bonus, salary adjustments, pay ranges, etc.).
Knowledge of Employee Central and integration points with Compensation is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
