Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

SAP FICO Consultant

with 3-4 years of professional experience, including

at least one full-cycle SAP implementation

. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in

Finance and Controlling (FICO)

and hands-on experience in

cross-functional integration

with

Purchasing (MM), Sales (SD), and Inventory (IM)

modules. Prior domain experience in finance or accounting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and IM modules. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO and integrated modules. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Basic Qualifications:

Educational Background:

+

BE (Bachelor of Engineering)

or
+

M.Com (Master of Commerce)

or equivalent degree.

Domain Experience:

+ 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or related business functions.

SAP Experience:

+ Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
+ At least one

end-to-end SAP implementation

project.

Preferred Skills:

SAP Certification in FICO is a plus. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
