We are looking for an enthusiastic

IT Recruiter

with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of IT requirements, and the ability to connect with potential candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and headhunting. Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable profiles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery. Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
