The Executive - MD's Office will work directly with the Managing Director to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and decision-making. This role is ideal for an MBA fresher who seeks broad exposure across functions, strong learning opportunities, and direct involvement in top-level management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
Assist the MD in business planning, strategy formulation, and review of organizational performance.
Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the MD's office and various departments to ensure timely execution of directives.
Research & Analysis:
Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare analytical reports for decision-making.
Communication:
Draft presentations, reports, and official communication for the MD's office.
Meetings & Follow-ups:
Prepare agendas, record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups on critical tasks.
Project Management:
Support execution of cross-functional projects driven by the MD's office.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
