Engineering Department

. The candidate will assist in engineering projects, learn industry best practices, and support the team in design, costing, and production-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing project estimates, cost sheets, and material requirements. Support design and drafting tasks using CAD/engineering software. Coordinate with the production team for smooth execution of projects. Participate in training programs and learn organizational processes. Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports related to engineering tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant branch) / Diploma in Engineering. Basic knowledge of engineering principles, CAD software, or design tools. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a professional environment. Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Additional Information:

Freshers with 0-1 year of experience are eligible. Hands-on training and mentoring will be provided. Opportunity for career growth based on performance and skill development.
