Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and assistance throughout the treatment process.
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical procedures, adhering to prescribed guidelines and schedules.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Provide patients with relevant healthcare information, instructions, and resources to enhance their understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
Work closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, offering suitable solutions or escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:

B Pharm, D Pharm
Proficient in patient management systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
Ability to work night shifts and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
