B Pharma

qualification, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of the medical field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak politely and professionally with patients over the phone. Provide information about hospital services and answer queries. Schedule patient appointments and update records accurately. Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations. Make follow-up and reminder calls to patients.

Requirements:

B Pharma

degree is mandatory. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare sector. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, polite, and empathetic with patients. Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).

Experience:

Experience in telecalling or patient handling in the medical field preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
