B. Pharm Fresher

to join our Insurance department for a

Non-Voice Process

role. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who wish to begin their career in the healthcare BPO domain and gain hands-on experience in claims inspection and medical documentation.

Responsibilities:

Review and inspect prescribed medicines for accuracy and completeness in insurance claims. Perform documentation and verification of medical prescriptions and related records. Ensure adherence to internal compliance, company protocols, and data accuracy standards. Collaborate with internal departments for clarification on documentation discrepancies. Uphold confidentiality and data protection policies at all times. Consistently meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
