We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, chat, and other platforms. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both existing and prospective clients with timely and accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately assess issues and provide appropriate responses or resolutions based on defined SOPs
Track, document, and resolve complaints, order queries, and product-related questions
Educate customers about our services and guide them on optimal usage
Use Zoho and internal systems for managing tickets and customer data
Provide timely follow-ups and updates on open cases
Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with internal teams to improve service delivery
Support other cross-functional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in customer support (voice, chat, or email) is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good with multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining professionalism under pressure
Ability to work independently and in a team
Desired Skills:
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for service excellence
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues
Understanding of web/internet technologies or interest in digital platforms is a plus
Experience in pharma/B2B/export-import is an added advantage
