What You Will Be Doing

Administer and maintain

Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, ensuring secure and seamless integration.

Deploy and manage

application access solutions (EFM, Bomgar, Island Browser) to simplify and control enterprise-wide user access.

Upgrade infrastructure

to current versions, address vulnerabilities, and oversee incident resolution (INC).

Gather and define business requirements

for enterprise email and messaging platforms, collaborating closely with end-users to capture specifications.

Assess and recommend

hardware and software solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Ensure 24/7 availability

and smooth integration of email, messaging, and identity systems.

Deliver technical support

for messaging and identity-related issues.

Create and maintain documentation

for administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.

What You Bring

Extensive expertise

in Azure environments, including AZ-104 and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AZ-140).

Proficient in Windows Server administration

and advanced troubleshooting.

Skilled in managing migrations and timely patching

to ensure system stability and security.

Strong scripting and automation capabilities

using tools such as Terraform and PowerShell for cloud and infrastructure environments.

Adaptable and flexible

to work in rotational shifts.
