Qualifications and Experience:

# 4 years# of experience in systems dep loyment admin, network operations, software support, Cloud or IT Consulting.

# Required Skills: Strong knowledge on Windows & Linux OS, Client Server knowledge, understanding of Cloud services, Azure, Azure Active Directory, Azure Automation # Runboo k Management, PowerShell, TCP IP and HTTP.

# Preferred: Strong Linux & Windows OS Knowledge, Linux & Windows Update Patching Management. Having certifications on AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus

# System Administration Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems

# Windows and Linux:

o Event Logs Syslogs Analysis

o Patch and Security Update Management

o Performance analysis using built in performance counters

# Network connectivity for both private and public networks

# Conceptual knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Security, and Access Control

# Automating Operating System tasks through the use of Powershell scripting

# Good Communication Skills - spoken and written English.

# Recent work experience in a customer facing role

# Strong problem-solving skills, includes troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment decision making ability.

# 24 7 support model, rotational shifts, Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.
