a partner to major enterprises delivering digitization roadmaps, automated cloud infrastructure, application
development platforms and Big Data platform optimization. With approximately 90 professional staff, Neos
offers a full range of IT solution architecture including migration to cloud, Big Data, DevOps and Security. Principal Tasks This is a great opportunity for an Azure Migration Engineer to join our Azure Cloud Delivery Squad. You will
lead or be part of a team delivering our datacentre migration services to the Microsoft Azure Cloud for our
clients.
1. As a member of the Azure Cloud Delivery Squad you:

• Support in the creation and management of service blueprints which are used for and during

sales engagements and marketing campaigns.

• Support in the sales phase (see below).
• Support in the project phase.

2. Sales activities

• Support the Sales team during the customer engagements

3. Project activities

• Assume technical leadership & ownership on the migration of the customer workloads to

Microsoft Azure whilst being part of the wider project team.

• Define a project plan and progress the customer through the following phases:

1. Discovery & Assessment
2. Design
3. Implementation / Migration
4. Operations Handover

• Proactively engage with all stakeholders throughout all phases:

1. Neos
2. Customer
3. Third Parties

• Produce all documentation required during all phases
• Handover to the Operations team

Your Profile
Academic background:
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of experience in planning and executing the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation and

cloud migrations, and technical implementation

• Experience in project management, management consulting and stakeholder management

Required skill set:
• You have successfully completed your studies or training in the IT sector or in a commercial environment and
already have professional knowledge in the administrative cloud environment

• You are characterized by basic knowledge and affinity for current cloud technologies, Azure certifications,

DevOps skills or experience in the field of cloud technologies are desirable

• You are not just technical but also love to take leadership and ownership in your domain
• You are committed to your customers - for this you bring experience in application and database operations

and in the area of DevOps and have knowledge of networking, storage, Linux, middleware and scripting

• Methodical, structured and independent approach as well as strong teamwork skills in international teams
