We are looking for a seasoned Senior Azure Infrastructure & Linux Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Azure cloud operations, Linux-based systems, and ERP database environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring the performance and reliability of ERP systems, and supporting enterprise-grade Azure networking and IaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
Administer and support Linux operating systems, particularly in environments running ERP databases (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.).
Design and implement secure and scalable Azure network architectures.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of critical services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs for ERP and business applications.
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Ready to support and work in 24 7 operations including rotational US shifts and weekend working
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in Azure Operations and Azure IaaS (VMs, VNets, NSGs, etc.).
Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems in enterprise environments.
Experience managing and supporting ERP databases on Linux platforms.
Solid understanding of Azure networking, including VPNs, ExpressRoute, and firewalls.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or Linux+ are a plus.
