Job Description

Role : Azure Integration Engineering Architect

Key responsibilities:

o Lead the transition from legacy integration tools to Azure-native services including Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management o Develop secure and reusable integration frameworks to support scalable and efficient data exchange across enterprise systems o Design and implement interfaces to support indirect procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle Fusion o Build and manage RESTful APIs using OpenAPI standards and Azure API Management with a focus on performance, observability, and compliance o Support both real-time and hybrid integration models (e.g., file-based, event-driven) with robust monitoring, logging, and error handling o Apply enterprise security best practices, including OAuth2, token-based authentication, and data protection across all integration touchpoints o Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for secure, automated deployment of integration components o Conduct integration testing (unit, system, regression), perform code reviews, and ensure all solutions meet quality and compliance standards o Produce technical documentation including interface specifications, data flows, deployment procedures, and support guides Promote platform adoption and sustainability through knowledge sharing, standardization, and close collaboration with development and operations teams
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

o 10+ years of experience in integration engineering within enterprise environments o Strong hands-on expertise in Azure services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and Data Factory o Proven experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle Fusion using both API and file-based methods o Experience with EDI integrations (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and hybrid models in B2B environments o Solid understanding of integration patterns including orchestration, transformation, routing, and exception handling o Skilled in designing and managing RESTful APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger and implementing secure authentication (OAuth2, tokens) o Proficient in SQL Server and Azure SQL for staging, transformation, and logging o Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub o Familiarity with event-driven tools like Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Blob Storage o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot across complex distributed systems o Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across development, operations, and security teams o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field o Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
