Role Summary
Looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, and Project Management to lead end-to-end ERP/CRM implementations and ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 solutions
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems
• Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure (security, performance, cost)
• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and Agile / ERP-CRM methodologies

Requirements
Required Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse
• Azure services, Azure Portal, ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience

Experience & Education

• 8+ years in Dynamics 365 implementations and project execution
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field

Preferred Certifications

• Dynamics 365 certifications
• Azure Administrator / Solution Architect
• PMP or equivalent
