- Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of CI/CD processes into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and manage deployment pipelines for various applications, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment workflows.
- Establish and enforce rules and controls within Azure DevOps to maintain security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Implement access controls, security policies, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Architect existing applications for seamless integration into the Azure cloud platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application architecture for Azure, considering scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the migration efforts for multiple applications developed by the offshore team into Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the migration process.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, architecture, and configurations.
- Provide training and support to team members on Azure DevOps best practices.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Expertise in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including but not limited to Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, etc.
- Ability to architect and optimize applications for deployment in the Azure cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Azure DevOps Certification.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
