We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and deploying pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions familiarity with messaging systems like ArtemisMQ and extensive knowledge of 3 tier and microservices architecture including Spring Cloud Services SCS Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment models is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain CI CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for Java applications Ensure secure and efficient build and deployment processes Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security practices into the DevOps workflow Manage and optimize messaging systems specifically ArtemisMQ Architect and implement solutions based on 3 tier and microservices architecture including Spring Cloud Services SCS Utilize Azure cloud services for deployment and management of applications Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevSecOps and cloud technologies Mentor and guide team members on DevSecOps practices and tools You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise You will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design You will conduct solution product demonstrations POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers

Technical Requirements:

Proven experience as a DevOps Lead or similar role Strong proficiency in Jenkins and GitHub Actions for building and deploying Java applications Execute the migration of CI CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions for Azure deployments Familiarity with messaging systems specifically ArtemisMQ Extensive knowledge of 3 tier and microservices architecture including Spring Cloud Services SCS Familiarity with infrastructure as code IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes Proficient in Azure cloud services and AI services deployment Strong understanding of security best practices in DevOps Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment Gitops Podman ArgoCD Helm Nexus Github container registry Grafana Prometheus

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Devops Engineer Ability to develop value creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate drive growth and increase their business profitability Good knowledge on software configuration management systems Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available Ability to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions One or two industry domain knowledge Client Interfacing skills
