Job Description

(Database - SQL Server) Azure DB Admin + SQL

• Installation and Configuration
• Good Knowledge User Management & SQL Job Management
• Configuration and maintenance of High Availability Options (Replication, Clustering, High availability Always On, Mirroring, Logshipping)
• Backup & Restore
• Performance Issues (Sever / Instances level)
• Database Recovery
• Basic Understanding of TSQL
• Good Understanding and hands-on experience on Azure SQL (Managed Instance & Azure SQL Database)
• Experience on Database Migration (On-Prem to Cloud over IaaS & PaaS)
• Good understanding on database maintenance (Indexing)
• Good to have understanding on Azure Cloud
• Resolving performance issue on Managed Instance / Azure SQL Database
• Good understanding of Jobs configuration over Azure SQL, Managed Instance
• Good understanding of backup and restore over AzureSQL, Managed Instance
• Excellent troubleshoot skills across database area
