Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in MS Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing data visualization solutions. Experience in Research and Development is a plus enhancing our innovative projects. This role operates during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced data visualization solutions using MS Power BI to support business decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for improved performance and user experience. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of Power BI solutions. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards in a timely manner. Document processes and best practices for Power BI development to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency. Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions. Contribute to the development of data governance policies to ensure compliance and security of data assets. Leverage domain knowledge in Research and Development to create insightful and impactful data visualizations. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high-quality standards. Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance data visualization capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in MS Power BI with a proven track record of developing complex reports and dashboards. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams. Have a solid understanding of data modeling and database concepts to support efficient data visualization. Show experience in Research and Development which is considered a valuable asset for this role. Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. Maintain a detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
