Job Summary

The Architect role focuses on designing and implementing robust solutions using Azure Data Factory with 9 to 12 years of Exp a preference for experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to innovative projects that drive business success. This position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data solutions are optimized for performance reliability and scalability. Implement best practices for data management and governance within Azure environments. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integrity. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Azure Data Factory functionalities. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data processing capabilities. Develop documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders. Conduct regular assessments of data architecture to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to align data solutions with business objectives. Drive innovation by integrating new features and capabilities into existing systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in data handling. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Azure Data Factory demonstrating proficiency in data integration and transformation. Have a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus providing domain-specific insights. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in Azure technologies. Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.

Certifications Required

Azure Data Engineer Associate certification is mandatory.
