This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing data solutions to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data solutions using Databricks SQL to enhance data processing capabilities. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes with Databricks Delta Lake for improved performance. Design and manage Databricks Workflows to streamline data operations and ensure efficient task execution. Utilize PySpark to build scalable data pipelines that support complex data transformations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure seamless data integration and processing. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster a collaborative work environment. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices. Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decision-making. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Document technical specifications and project progress for transparency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications
