Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Data Scientist proficient in Python

to join our analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data preprocessing, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. You'll play a key role in deriving actionable insights from data and developing intelligent solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to discover trends, patterns, and insights. Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using Python libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering. Design and implement predictive models and algorithms. Visualize data insights using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Power BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to integrate data science solutions. Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and reports. Stay updated with latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science or applied machine learning. Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib. Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. Knowledge of SQL and data querying tools. Experience with model deployment is a plus (e.g., using Flask, FastAPI). Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Understanding of MLOps and automated pipelines.
