About the Role

We are hiring an experienced

Data Engineer

with a strong background in

healthcare data

to design, develop, and optimize

cloud-native data pipelines and warehousing solutions

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with

Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, and Snowflake

, along with deep knowledge of

healthcare payer data models

.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize

data pipelines

using

Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake), and Apache Kafka

. Architect scalable

data warehousing solutions

on

Snowflake

. Perform

ETL/ELT transformations, cleansing, and enrichment

to support analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure

data quality, security, and governance

across platforms. Design and maintain

healthcare data models

(payer modules). Utilize

data modeling tools

(ER/Studio, Erwin, or similar) for conceptual, logical, and physical modeling. Document technical processes, designs, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

7+ years

of hands-on experience in

data engineering

on cloud platforms. Expertise in:

Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake)

Apache Kafka

Snowflake

Strong background in

ETL/ELT design, data warehousing, and data modeling

. Deep understanding of

cloud architecture, governance, and security

. Experience working in

consulting/client-facing environments

. Proven expertise in

healthcare data modeling (payer modules mandatory)

. Proficiency in

ER/Studio, Erwin, or equivalent tools

.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

and DevOps practices. Knowledge of

healthcare data standards

(HIPAA, PHI). Certifications in

Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake

.

Note

: No Pharmacy Experience is acceptable

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
