Job Description

As a Data & AI Support Engineer, you'll provide frontline support for cloud-native data pipelines, AI/ML workloads, and OpenAI integrations on Azure.

You'll work directly with customers to unblock technical issues and guide them through Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, Cognitive Services, and Responsible AI practices. This role requires a deep passion for data and AI, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to work in to provide global coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for

Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Synapse, and Data Factory

. Troubleshoot real-time data integration pipelines, model deployments, inference performance, and security configurations. Guide customers in implementing

Responsible AI

, security governance, and model versioning best practices. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve service issues and release platform updates. Proactively identify patterns in customer challenges and build reusable diagnostics or automations. Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve support processes and tooling.

Skillset:

Strong foundation in

Azure ML

Synapse Analytics

. Data engineering proficiency:

SQL, PySpark, Power BI

, data ingestion & transformation. Hands-on with

Cosmos DB

, Azure Storage Gen2, and secure data lake architecture. Machine learning pipeline troubleshooting and model monitoring techniques. Knowledge of

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch

, and security practices in AI deployment. Proven experience with cloud deployment and development tools (i.e. PowerShell, CLI, REST API, Visual Studio, .NET, SDK, JSON, ARM/Bicep templates).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
