Key Responsibilities

Design and architect

end-to-end data engineering solutions

leveraging

Azure Databricks

,

Data Lake

,

Synapse

, and

Azure Data Factory (ADF)

. Define

data architecture blueprints

, data modeling standards, and

data governance

frameworks. Lead the

design and optimization

of ELT/ETL data pipelines for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources. Collaborate with business, analytics, and application teams to ensure data solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements. Oversee

data warehousing architecture

, including dimensional modeling, data mart design, and performance tuning. Drive best practices in

data quality, metadata management, lineage, and cataloging

. Provide technical leadership to data engineers and guide the team in implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective data solutions. Evaluate and integrate

new tools and technologies

to enhance data engineering efficiency and capabilities. Ensure compliance with

healthcare data security and privacy standards

(HIPAA, PHI/PII handling).

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in

Azure data ecosystem

-- ADF, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Power BI integration. Proven experience in

data modelling

. Strong understanding of

frameworks, especially in healthcare environments. Proficiency in

Preferred Qualifications
