Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud services including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Databases.

Automation & Optimization: Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep to automate deployments and streamline operations.

System Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers hosted in Azure; monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Server Backup & Restore: Implement and manage backup strategies, disaster recovery, and restore operations to ensure data protection and business continuity.

Security & Compliance: Implement cloud security controls, manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Monitoring & Support: Utilize Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to track system performance, detect issues, and optimize workloads.

Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Development, Security, and Networking) to design solutions. Maintain documentation of cloud environments and procedures.Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud System Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud architecture, automation, system administration, and security practices. This role will be critical in ensuring our cloud systems are efficient, reliable, and secure while supporting business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud System Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud architecture, automation, system administration, and security practices. This role will be critical in ensuring our cloud systems are efficient, reliable, and secure while supporting business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in system administration or cloud engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Azure.

Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Storage, AKS, App Services, and Azure SQL.

Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).

Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancing).

Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, backup, and restore solutions in Azure.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises to Azure migrations.

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
