Architect and implement an Azure-based multi-tenant SaaS analytics environment
supporting global pharmaceutical clients.
Design data ingestion pipelines from SAP, CTMS, IRT/RTSM, and external third-party
sources into Microsoft Fabric using OneLake, Delta Lake, and Databricks.
Lead end-to-end design of the data ingestion, transformation, and consumption
layers, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
Implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code, continuous
integration, and automated deployment.
Define and enforce robust data governance, access control, and compliance
frameworks consistent with GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA standards.
Develop reference architectures and reusable frameworks for multi-tenant data
isolation, lineage tracking, and platform observability.
Collaborate with product, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver high-
value supply chain insights and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric.
Drive continuous innovation in data architecture, metadata management, and cost
optimization across the Azure ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field.
10+ years in data architecture or solution architecture roles, including 5+ years with
Azure cloud services.
Proven experience designing secure and scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Hands-on skills with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Delta Lake, and Azure Databricks.
Strong understanding of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, and
role-based security models.
Deep knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data privacy
frameworks.
Experience building analytics solutions for supply chain or pharmaceutical R&D
preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Power BI semantic models and Data Activator for live operational
insights.
Exposure to industry-specific systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, Medidata Rave
RTSM, or Oracle CTMS
