About The Position


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure services, cloud architecture best practices, and a strong understanding of business requirements. You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.


Technical and Professional Requirements


Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures. Extensive experience with Azure services, including: + Compute (Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, ARM Templates)
+ Storage (Blob Storage, Azure Files, Azure Disks)
+ Networking (Virtual Network, Load Balancer, Azure DNS, Azure Firewall)
+ Databases (Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB)
+ Security (Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Center, Azure Key Vault)
+ Monitoring and logging (Azure monitor, Azure log analytics)
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or ARM templates. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Azure Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills


Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with server less computing. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience with PowerShell, or other scripting languages.

Job Responsibilities

Cloud Strategy and Design:

+ Develop and maintain cloud architecture blueprints, standards, and best practices.
+ Assess existing infrastructure and applications for cloud migration suitability.
+ Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure Azure solutions.
+ Define cloud governance policies and procedures.
+ Create and maintain documentation of cloud architecture and design.

Implementation and Deployment:

+ Lead the implementation of Azure solutions, including infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates.
+ Configure and manage Azure services, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, and security.
+ Automate deployment and configuration processes using CI/CD pipelines.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.

Security and Compliance:

+ Implement and maintain security best practices in Azure, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
+ Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans.


Educational Requirements


* Any graduate with 60% or above.
