Apps - Azure App Services & Integration Support Engineer

:

We are looking for energetic and versatile engineers to join our

Azure Application Platform Support

team. In this role, you will support enterprise customers leveraging

serverless, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures

on Azure. You will engage with customers to troubleshoot, optimize, and guide solutions built with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and App Services.


This is a high-impact role requiring deep curiosity and technical breadth across

application deployment, orchestration, and monitoring

, with a commitment to customer success. Engineers will work in

rotational shifts(24X7)

to support mission-critical deployments and maintain uptime SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to

Azure App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions

with a strong focus on speed and quality. Provide design and architectural guidance for serverless and event-driven application models. Act as a consultant to help customers adopt best practices for app modernization and integration. Partner with the Azure product group to escalate platform bugs and improve product stability. Create diagnostics tools, feedback loops, and automation workflows for common issues. Participate in continuous training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Skillset:

Strong understanding of

Azure App Services

,

Azure Functions

, and

Logic Apps

for workflows and automation. Proficient with

Azure API Management

, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Web Apps scaling. Experience with

Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

, and release pipelines. Monitoring and diagnostics using

Application Insights

, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and microservices design patterns. Proven experience with cloud deployment and development tools (i.e. PowerShell, CLI, REST API, Visual Studio, .NET, SDK, JSON, ARM/Bicep templates).
Mandatory Skills: Cloud-Microsoft Azure.
