Key Roles and Responsibility:

Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, networking, etc.) Monitor Azure infrastructure health, performance, and availability Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and cost optimization Configure and maintain Azure virtual networks (VNets), NSGs, and firewalls Implement identity and access controls using Azure Active Directory (AAD) Set up backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions in Azure Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM templates Manage storage accounts, blob containers, and file shares Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Machines and scale sets Apply security best practices, compliance policies, and Azure Security Center recommendations Configure and monitor Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts Manage hybrid cloud environments and on-prem connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute) Assist in migrating workloads to Azure (lift-and-shift or replatforming) Maintain patching, updates, and OS-level health for Azure-hosted systems Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) Document cloud architecture, changes, and operational procedures Support governance using Azure Policy, Blueprints, and RBAC Ensure proper licensing and usage tracking to control cloud spend Stay updated on new Azure features, services, and best practices
