We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain a hybrid infrastructure environment comprising both on-premise and cloud-based (Azure/AWS) systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, Azure platform management, and ITSM practices, with hands-on experience in system monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers across cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-premise environments. Ensure all systems are secure, regularly updated, and highly available. Administer Azure cloud infrastructure; AWS knowledge is an added advantage. Monitor systems using tools like

Dynatrace

; identify recurring issues and recommend solutions. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical support coverage. Perform server installations, configurations, patching, vulnerability management, and upgrades. Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, including group policies and device management. Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to optimize system operations. Follow ITSM best practices, handling

incident

,

problem

, and

change management

using ticketing systems. Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and environment-specific policies. Automate operational tasks through scripting to enhance support efficiency and reduce manual workload. Recommend performance improvements and capacity enhancements for supported infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with

Windows and Linux server administration

in hybrid environments. Strong understanding and practical experience with

Azure Administration

; AWS exposure is a plus. Experience with

monitoring tools

, ideally

Dynatrace

. Solid knowledge of

ITSM processes

and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy). Hands-on experience in

Active Directory

,

group policies

, and

user/device management

. Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls). Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to support automation tasks. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure Administrator Associate

or

AWS Solutions Architect Associate

certification. Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment with enterprise-scale infrastructure. Familiarity with containerization and virtualization technologies is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
