• \xc2\xb7 Must Have Skills: Microsoft Windows Azure IaaS and Azure Services.
• \xc2\xb7 Understand and document technical requirements from clients, study the existing technology landscape and understand current workloads and maintain existing enterprise infrastructure.
• \xc2\xb7 Willing to Improve and take new challenges for new workloads and operational capabilities of client enterprise infrastructure as approved and directed.
• \xc2\xb7 Be part of the team that operational global supports model and monitor Microsoft Azure Cloud customers environment in 24x7x365 rotational shifts support model
• \xc2\xb7 Maintain availability of deployed systems based on the agreed SLA and OLAs.
• \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience with user management:
• \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience with Azure AD and on prem DC management and Administration including defining and creating custom roles as well service principles, on premise and azure policy management and governance.
• \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on Azure AD Sync / Connectivity issue.

Azure IaaS:

• \xc2\xb7 Manage server disks space as per approval change / remove / change disk types.
• \xc2\xb7 Take appropriate action on VM status including VM shut down and VM start schedule automation with VM health connection test and resource health.
• \xc2\xb7 Manage multiple storage accounts with respect to security, sharing strings and hands on experience on azure storage explorer.
• \xc2\xb7 VM patch schedule, deployment and reporting.
• \xc2\xb7 Create backup policy, schedule it for critical resource and resolve backup failure issues
• \xc2\xb7 Install / push azure monitoring & antivirus agents
• \xc2\xb7 Connectivity storage / drive allocated.
• \xc2\xb7 Create, configure and manage of network resources including VNET, Gateways including P2P & P2S.
• \xc2\xb7 In depth understanding with configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of Azure application gateways and traffic manager with load balancer.
• \xc2\xb7 Azure Devops
• \xc2\xb7 Ansible, chef, puppet, Github.
• \xc2\xb7 Python would be added advantage.

Azure Services:

• Working experience on Log Analytics, Azure Automation Accounts, Azure Monitoring tools including Security Center, & Advisory
• \xc2\xb7 View & analyze summary data on Azure resource deployments
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor requests & key metrics for Azure resources
• \xc2\xb7 All Asset including VMs, Networks and Applications health monitoring
• \xc2\xb7 Check events generated automatic & manually.
• \xc2\xb7 Check storage space and backup status
• \xc2\xb7 Improve monitoring and alerting systems by appropriate usage of automation tools (Azure PowerShell / Azure CLI / Python)
• \xc2\xb7 Validate the environment to meet all security and compliance control
• Identify and troubleshoot cloud service events and issues as well as work with cloud service providers and solution partners to efficiently solve issues or implement workarounds.
