RequirementsExperience and willing to work 24X7 rostered operations with physical presence in Office premises as per organizational policy and project requirements. Core Technical Skills Active Directory (On-Prem) o Expertise in AD architecture, domain controllers, FSMO roles, and replication. o Strong knowledge of Group Policy creation, management, and troubleshooting. o Experience with DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and LDAP protocols.
Entra ID (Azure AD) o Deep understanding of cloud identity management and hybrid identity (AD Connect). o Proficiency in Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection. o Experience in integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Security & Compliance o Implementing Tier 0 security principles and privileged access management. o Familiarity with auditing tools (e.g., Semperis DSP, Microsoft Defender for Identity). o Knowledge of Zero Trust principles. Infrastructure & Automation Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation. Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows for identity operations.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Functional Leadership Lead the team both technically and functionally, ensuring delivery of identity and access management solutions. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Act as an SME for Active Directory and Entra ID, providing proactive solutions and guidance for complex issues Process Documentation Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application teams. Customer Escalation Management Handle customer escalations promptly, ensuring resolution and maintaining service quality.
